Housing Action, formally Coastal Homeless Action Group always have current or upcoming availability within its increasing property stock. We work with private sector landlords to provide local accommodation for both individuals and families. In some instances we do not require a deposit and will accept Housing Benefit payments on all properties.

Do you work with:

• Single people struggling to find a home
• People needing a home that have past or current issues
• Families or individuals with no deposit available
• Difficult to house groups (bad tenancy history or problems accessing social housing)
