Emergency Out Of Hours Repairs

(Housing Action Tenants ONLY)

The numbers below can be used by Housing Action tenants only from 5:00pm to 9:30am Monday to Friday and throughout weekends and bank holidays. The service has been put in place to deal with EMERGENCIES that can not wait until the next working day. Our service team hold a database of all properties and tenant details to ensure entitlement to this service.

Any calls made to this service that result in a call out that is deemed not to be an emergency will result in a £35 charge to you.

Examples of an emergency are:

  • Locked out
  • Smell of gas (please call your gas supplier initially)
  • Electrical failure
  • Smell of burning
  • Leaking water (not a dripping tap)
  • Storm damage that has left the property exposed to the elements
